The MST invites you to join us for our 2024 Annual Winter Hike Saturday, February 4th from 12:45-3:45! We will hike through the woods, offering amazing sites of Boston Brook, old stone walls, wetlands, and beaver dams. If ice is formed over the weekend, we may also have opportunities to explore other areas. There will be a lot of great places to watch wildlife and take pictures!
Participants should arrive at the hike by 12:45 at Mundy Bridge (north 0.4 miles from the intersection of Liberty St. and School St.) The hike is appropriate for all ages who can be on their feed for 2.5-3 hours (a little over 2 miles). Please wear appropriate footwear for winter conditions. Hiking poles are recommended, as the hike can be rougher in certain portions. Participants are encouraged to bring snacks and water along for the hike.
