MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION AND RENEWAL
Help us achieve the goals of the Middleton Stream Team in providing education, public service, conservation, and advocacy through your continued membership. The annual membership dues start at $10.00 for a single or $20.00 for a family membership. Students and adults over 80 have free Stream Team membership dues. Membership includes access to our email list, member-only events, and more! Dues can be paid:
- Through the mail using our mail-in membership form
- In person at our monthly meeting
